Sarah's has many years experience in the world of natural therapies and healing. Her journey began while spending 11 year managing Spa's in Muscat Oman in the Middle East.

Her passion for working with healing energy has been for her a magical journey of discovery, growth and dedication over many years. Sarpenela now in it's 17th year is the result of this journey and she is inspired to share it with you. Sarah looks forward to meeting you and sharing her knowledge with you, while learning from you. Sarah always says that her students are her biggest teachers.
