Meditation is the route to living a more fulfilled life, to know your true potential, who you really are. It is the methodology of the inner landscape of awareness.

The beauty of the inner landscape is that it enables whoever wants to explore and to experiment within, to do so alone. This eliminates dependence on an outer authority, Once you understand the steps, you walk the walk in your own, individual way.

Many traditional meditative techniques require one to sit still in order to be silent. It is inner stillness that is the key, and the outer stillness is only in support of that inner stillness. For most of us, tension and stress in our bodies makes inner or outer stillness very difficult.

Active Meditations have been designed over a long period of time. They enable us to consciously express, experience, and release repressed feelings and emotions through a process of action, movement or dance, bring the body back to a relaxed harmony – and then the journey inwards can begin.

Sarah gently guides you through the whole process so you can feel safe to let go of the ego and be true to yourself.
