YUMMY YIN YOGA

Monday evenings – 6pm – 7.15pm & 7.45pm – 9pm

A nourishing & nurturing practice for the mind, body and soul. Coming from a functional and embodied approach, melting into postures for time with the support of props to soften the body, unblock stagnant energy, create calm and peace. This is for everybody, aiding healthy bodies, a good nights healing sleep and mental health.

EMBODIED FLOW

Thursday mornings – 9.30am – 10.45am

A beautifully energising and healing practice to wake up parts of you that need your attention. Meditation, then waking up the body with embodied breath lead movement before a more energising flowing movement, and then bringing it back down for some yummy stillness. This practice can be modified for all bodies.

TREATMENTS
Shiatsu – working from the floor, fully clothed & using a combination of kneading, pressing, tapping & stretching techniques. These gentle techniques aim to reduce tension, stagnation and re energise the body. Similar to Yin Yoga it targets connective tissues – fascia, ligaments, tendons, bone, lymphatic system and the energy channels. This treatment is calming for the body and mind.

Therapeutic massage – This massage is one of the oldest forms of physical therapy. It relieves muscular tension, aids in the removal of toxins and relaxes the whole body and mind. Deep tissue techniques are used on the deeper tension areas resulting in better mobility.
‘When you listen to the body whisper, it won’t need to shout…’
